Had the pleasure of working with Yori. He is the most personable and professional person you will ever meet. As I sat in his shop waiting for my repair to be completed, I observed him interact with a few other walk in customers, and a caller. His focus is doing what is best for his customers 100%! He always offered up the most cost effective quality solution to all the customers I observed including me.I observed him gently convincing one customer to not do a repair that was not worth the cost. With my screen repair their was an issue so I returned a few days later and he was very concerned with my satisfaction. It turned out to be a defective screen which he promptly replaced in 20 minutes free of charge! He even saved my screen protector even though I requested to buy a new one from him!
