All services are subject to the availability of parts and technician approval.

2. Service Estimates & Pricing

Price quotes provided before repair are estimates and may vary depending on the final diagnosis.

If additional repairs are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Repair Authorization

By leaving your device for repair, you authorize Maui Cell Phone Repair and its technicians to:

Access and handle your device for diagnostic, repair, and testing purposes.

Replace necessary parts with refurbished, or OEM-equivalent components.

Erase or modify software if required for repair.

We are not responsible for data loss. Please back up your device before submitting it for service.

4. Limited Warranty on Repairs

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on most repairs, covering:

The specific part(s) replaced, and

The labor performed.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to mishandling, drops, liquid exposure, or misuse after repair.

Pre-existing issues unrelated to the serviced part.

Software or third-party app malfunctions.

Warranty claims require presentation of the original receipt and inspection by our technicians.

5. Liability

Maui Cell Phone Repair is not liable for:

Data loss or corruption during repair.

Further damage resulting from previous repairs or tampering by others.

Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the device.

If your device is deemed unrepairable after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

7. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for over 30 days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of.
We are not responsible for abandoned devices or their contents.
