Bring your passwords
For backups, transfers and resets we’ll need your phone unlock and usually your Apple ID or Google password. Have them handy or be ready to type them in yourself at the counter. We never need to keep them.
What we can and can’t do
We can move your stuff, wipe a phone, get it past a stuck update and free up space. We can’t get into a phone that isn’t yours or bypass activation locks. If it’s something outside what we do, we’ll tell you straight away and point you somewhere that can help.
FAQ
Can you move everything from my old phone to my new one?
Yes. Photos, contacts, messages, apps. Bring both phones and your passwords and it’s usually done the same visit.
My phone says storage full. Can you fix that without deleting my photos?
Usually. We back the photos up first, then clear out what’s actually eating the space. Nothing gets deleted without you saying so.
