Joseph and his dad have been in business on Maui for many years and are trustworthy and honest. Joseph repaired my phone in a timely manner even with having to FedEx the new screen. Communication and workmanship were excellent. Highly recommend them.🤙

Yosef helped me and was very understanding and helped a ton when I needed it after a bad experience. It was all done in less than 20 mins! Definitely recommend!

Amazing place for any type of fix! They have amazing customer service and they’re are quick with their repairs. Yosef helped me get in and out and was a pleasure to speak with.

Yosef was very professional and very quick with my repair, also very helpful with recommendations on how to maintain my phone better. Highly recommend Maui cell phone repair if you have problems with your phone. Also found out they sell refurbished phones for pretty reasonable prices. 11/10

Life saver!!! Yosef was able to fix my screen last minute and got it done fast. Looks amazing. So thankful!!! Such great service

The best repair shop in Maui. Professional service, top quality repair. Reliable and fast with the reasonable pricing. Thank you so much for taking care of our IPad.

Yosef is so amazing very very nice and very quick at the repair process also very knowledgeable on what’s wrong with the phone

I stopped in today because the speaker on my phone stopped working. I explained what was going on, and instead of just replacing the speaker to make a quick buck, the technician really listened. He took the time to hear me out and then told me the truth, that based on the symptoms I described, it’s likely more than just the speaker causing issues and that it might be time to look at getting a new phone.I truly appreciated his honesty and how well he listened. I felt heard, and that kind of integrity is rare these days. If I ever have another phone issue, I’ll absolutely come back here, and I highly recommend anyone else do the same.Mahalo! 🌺📱

Aloha to all who may read, I didn’t wanna get a new phone and I had contacted this cell phone shop. Yosef was the name of the guy that had answered. I had asked if it was possible to switch out my battery without having to get a new phone instead and he said yes. I went in to the cell phone shop later that day and the replacement took nothing but 10 minutes! Yosef was really attentive to his work and knew what he was doing. The customer service that Yosef gave was a 10/10. Any question I had, he had the answer to. I think the shop is in great hands with a worker like Yosef. At first I was a little skeptical because it didn’t take that long to fix, BUUUT my phone works like BRAND NEW! So now I have no worries. The battery life on my phone doesn’t die in 45 minutes now lol. The money I spent on this repair was well worth it, not too expensive and I would definitely come back in the future and recommend to others! Appreciate you Yosef!

This young man - he was telling me his story - the son of the past owner - he is great and would do anything to help you .. I am not the smartest with those phone - he was great - he solved my problem and took his precious time to explain many things to me -5 stars all the way

Cracked screen, working well. Good service 👍

Came in with a broken screen for an iphone 11, the technician was very professional and he provided me with quality service, it took less than 30 minutes to be finished and works just like new. Definetly coming back if i have any more issues

We went there to fix a phone that has been dropped in water. We were greeted by Yousef. He was such a nice gentleman. I had called this store prior to going there and was giving an approximate price for dewatering or replacing the screen. Yousef honored what he had promised. He dried the phone and told us it was working and not needed to replace the screen. We had called other stores and most of them had asked for $400. Yousef charged us much less. Apart from being a professional, I found him to be a true gentleman. Thank you very much Yousef, for your help!!

Fast, easy, and affordable. Best place to get your phone repaired.

Super fast repair would recommend

Awesome service

Service was quick and efficient. Very friendly staff and great communication was super helpful to get our device back as quick as possible. Will definitely recommend and use services if needed in the future.

Went here to repair my phone, Yosef did an excellent job on the repair. He cares about every customer and does an awesome job!

Quick and fast phone repair. Everything works like as it should!!!

Yosef was very professional. Definitely recommend this place.

My iPhone 15 plus had a cracked screen. Yosef was honest, it would be 30 minutes to replace it. He took like 15 minutes. Phone good as new. Cost? Lets just say affordable. The service was VIP status. I say go there for a phone fix.

You always want a trusted mechanic. I am please with the professional service I received today. There’s only a handful of places to get your phone repaired on the island. After experiencing 3 others, this one is my choice. This week’s adventure involved taking the phone elsewhere (hint, not west side or central) to have a battery and charging port replaced. I was told the battery was replaced, but he tried a new charging port and it didn’t work so he put the old one back in. I happened to “jinx” him though because the screen broke in the process. He didn’t have the screen in stock and he ordered a new one and replaced at cost. Frustrating but fair enough I thought. I was told the charging issue must be in the chip and no one on island had the micro soldering capabilities to replace it.I went and got a second opinion with Maui Cell Phone Repair. The tech also thought the explanation I was given sounded odd. Before beginning a repair, he took the time to explain a screen could possibly break on removal instead of throwing out surprises later on. Well, the screen never broke and the charging port repair was successful. The last guy was caught fibbing, it was evident the original port was never even removed. That guy had no problems leading me to believe I should either buy a new phone or just rely on wireless charging. I don’t like wireless charging as it seems to cook the battery.I value integrity and quality workmanship. I found it here.

Excellent and fast service. My phone was water damaged during a rainstorm. I brought it in and it was fixed in the same day for a reasonable price.

Easy to forget how tied we are to our phones- how quickly things can go sideways with work without one. Hate it, but it's the way it is. My iPhone broke (internal hardware issue with the screen) on a Sunday- walked in with it on Monday morning- an hour later I was up and going with new screen installed- good as new. Can't ask for more than that. Mahalo nui!

Great , friendly service 👍My screen needed to be replaced . They did it in less than an hourDef recommend this place

Always helpful! And fast service 🙏🏻

Came here twice to fix my phone screen. Highly recommend.

Yori is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a positive outcome with our phone despite dropping it in water. They have a “dry box” to dry out phones. Yori called with updates and this was our first and hopefully last need for iPhone repair:) but you never know…We would definitely return here if our phone needs help in the future.

Yosef was very helpful and friendly. He installed a new iPhone battery quickly and at a great price…I highly recommend their company

great service! very honest, fast, and affordable. mahalo!

Mahalo for kind mālama! Always take your phone here for care. Good people.

Screen was not working on my iPhone. Dropped off the phone and it was fixed in 30 min.

As a result of getting my iPhone very wet, my screen would not respond. After reading many reviews I decided to go to Maui Cell Phone Repair. They said they would first put my phone through a process to make sure it was dry inside. If the screen still did not respond, they would replace the screen (if I approved). I came back about an hour later and drying out the phone had solved the problem. I was extremely pleased with their ability to dry the phone, their quick turn-around, and their honesty. They could have easily said the drying didn't work and that I needed to replace the screen. I give them my highest recommendation.

I appreciate their promp & professional service. No bells & whistles, just in & out. They do their job & they do it very well. I’m a repeat customer & will continue to use them again in the future if needed.

Above and beyond helpful service for a problem with my cell phone.

MCPR did a great job on my wife’s phone. It got water in the charging port and in the screen when hiking in Haleakala. They popped it apart, put it in the drying and vacuum chamber and replaced the screen in just over an hour. Great service and happy I’m not buying a new phone!

I thought my phone was irreparable but they took care off my phone and it was ready in an hour! They are super friendly and have wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Maui Cell Phone Repair!

Excellent service, a knowledgeable and helpful owner. Nice to have somebody here that knows what they’re doing.Mahalo

They were friendly and knowledgeable about possible outcome. Although no guarantees they do limit your out of pocket if it doesn’t work properly.

Super cool dude. Had my iPhone 8 Glass changed in 30 Minutes. All Works well. Thank you!

Maui Cell Phone Repair is awesome. I’m so grateful for their professional service. From replacing batteries to changing out broken screens and screen protectors AND providing you with anything else that your phone needs. I’ll say it again….. they are the best.

MacMadeEasy quoted me a minium of $200 to fix my iPhone and no idea how long it would take. Maui Cellphone Repair charged me $100 and it was good as new in 45min. Friendly service. Highly recommended!

Fixed broken iPhone 11 screen. Good as new now

Within 3 days a new screen was ordered and fixed. Phone functioning again...great work!

Called to get my Galaxy Note 9 cracked screen replaced. No appointment needed, Dropped it off and picked it up the next day. Great personal and quick service .

These guys really know what they're doing. They diagnosed my issue properly and replaced my battery even though I didn't have the whole kit for it. The prices are reasonable and they were super friendly. I'm definitely going back for other repairs.

They were quick to repair my screen protector and replace my battery saving me the hassle of mailing my phone back to the mainland to get fixed.

My girlfriend recommended this place to purchase a refurbished or second hand phone. The phone is great, but the service was even greater. The guy helped me through the whole process of changing phones. In fact he did everything for me including putting on the case and glass protector that I had brought with me.

Fast service and reasonable rates

Got exactly what I needed in 20 minutes. I got hit by a door and dropped my phone. The face cracked. Looked online and found Yuri. He was so fast at getting my phone repaired. It was Great 🤩

Best in Maui…big Mahalo to you guys!!🤙

Certain areas on my iPhone screen were unresponsive to touch. I had gone in and the tech said, ‘sounds like you need a new screen.’ He had it repaired in 45min. Next day the new screen that I had replaced was unresponsive to touch again, called them and dropped off my phone the same day and they had the screen replaced in a jiffy at no charge. Very friendly guys and highly rate and recommend. Thanks again guys 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Thanks for fixing my phone screen!! 🙂

Quick and easy. Way cheaper than buying new phone thx 👏👏

I used to always replace my IPhones when charging ports began to malfunction or battery life diminished, just thinking it would be too expensive to have them repaired but they did such a good job and had it ready so quickly. Will definitely use them again!

I had a great experience, I brought in my iPhone and the replacement battery and they only charged me labor and it was done in 30 minutes.

Great service! Prompt and professional..

Of course you want a skilled tech person when you take your computer or phone to be prepared. Yuri is that person. But he is also a very kindman, patient with my lack of skills. It is comfortable to talk with him and he willingly explains all I ask.

Went in for a battery replacement on my phone. Ordered the phone and scheduling was very good. Replacement took less than 45 minutes when the part was received. Very happy with the results. Now my phone lasts way longer

Was acting like a 5 year old and my iPhone made intimate contact with the wall, these guys replaced my screen within a hour and for a decent cost. Very happy and recommend

Don't remember the guys name who fixed my sons iphone screen. He did a good job and he did it really quick. I would recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you😊

Totally shattered my screen and thought my phone was toast. Maui cell phone repair had me fixed up and running in an hour! About half the cost of others 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Highly recommend them

Had the pleasure of working with Yori. He is the most personable and professional person you will ever meet. As I sat in his shop waiting for my repair to be completed, I observed him interact with a few other walk in customers, and a caller. His focus is doing what is best for his customers 100%! He always offered up the most cost effective quality solution to all the customers I observed including me.I observed him gently convincing one customer to not do a repair that was not worth the cost. With my screen repair their was an issue so I returned a few days later and he was very concerned with my satisfaction. It turned out to be a defective screen which he promptly replaced in 20 minutes free of charge! He even saved my screen protector even though I requested to buy a new one from him! RECOMMEND Maui Cell Pjone Repair 1000% Thank you Yori!!! Will be back for sure!

My iPhone 11 Pro got water damage after being out on the beach. The Apple store said it was dead and pushed me to buy a new one. Maui cell phone repair diagnosed that only the screen was damaged and replaced it - saving me several hundred dollars.

Fast, reasonable, good service

Super fast and honest! Best repair place on Maui!

They saved all my photos when I got locked out of my phone!! 35$ was worth it to get my phone updated just to have my pictures from Maui!! Professional, quick, great pricing!! Lunch recommendation in Paia Hi was amazing while we waited!

Outstanding service. These guys saved me !! Highly recommend !!

Immediate service with good communication and resolve. Certainly a delight to find tech support Which is competent experienced and affordable.

Took my Samsung s20 Ultra in to get both the front and back screens fixed. Looks brand new and was pretty quick. It cost 370 total and although that may seem a lot, my deductible for my phone insurance is 300 anyhow and in addition to that i have had my back screen fixed before and the guy who fixed it then did a horrible job of it. And I paid 110 then. I watched him and was cringing the whole time...the saying goes, you get what you pay for...it's worth the money. Now I can turn this phone in and get full exchange rates.

Battery on my IPhone 8 was near-death. Took it in to MCPR for a new battery at 3 pm, picked it up an hour later at 4 pm. Voila! My IPhone works like a new one again! Great service, kind and responsive owner, could not ask for more. Mahalo MCPR!

We had a problem with our iPhone charging port and were unable to keep the phone charged. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and gave it a thorough cleaning but it still didn’t work. So we paid a reasonable fee to have the charging port replaced. The work was done in one hour as promised. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and attention to our situation. Highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service, answered all of my questions, best on the island!

Fast, friendly and fairly priced repair and service

I highly recommend these guys. They are professional the rates are reasonable and they’re friendly. Two different occasions I’ve had batteries replaced in my iPhone within 20 minutes.

Get the Gadget guard black ice +. We are lucky to have such a quality repair shop here on Maui. So grateful for the fast service I've had from this company.

So relieved to find honest competent help with my iPhone! Thanks!

I will only bring my phone or ipad here when I need some aid. The two fellas I've experienced are knowledgeable in technology and communicate the issue at hand, their course of action, and your options so you are able to understand and make an informed decision.Fair prices and quality work.

With just a phone call, these guys were able to get my Samsung S7 into their shop and replaced battery and back cover in 2 hours. Good work and price was great!

Best on the island! 👍

Had serious cell phone issue just before flight to mainland. Most people told me to get a new phone since mine is 6+ years old. Maui Cell Phone Repair, repaired my phone, gave it a complete check up and cleaned it. My bill was under $40. It was ready earlier than promised. The phone is like brand new now.

These guys are great, my phone screen failed in upstate New York the day before I came out, no screen locally, got here talked to Andrew brought the phone in and they took care of me

Lifesaver! I was on vacation on Maui and my iPhone XS (which is SUPPOSED to be water resistant) suffered a defective screen. An ‚official‘ Apple service center close-by denied any help due to liquid damage, which is a shame. However, the guys from Maui Cell Phone Repair helped me out with a new screen within 40 minutes! I would have been totally screwed without my iPhone (mobile banking, photos, maps etc etc). Thank you so much for your help!!

My phone was not working properly, and I did not want to invest in a new phone. The technician, Jule (sp.?) worked on it, and got it functioning and ready to pick up. As I was getting ready to pay for his services, he noticed that the bars on the antenna were low, so took it back in to the workshop and cleaned it up as best he could. I was only charged for the original repair, and my phone has been working well ever since. Thank you for your good service!

These guys are great. Very willing to help. Quite professional.

When my cell phone got wet while I was on vacation in Maui, I learned about Maui cell phone repair. The help and advice I received was tremendous! Andrew gave useful advice for what to do immediately and went above and beyond cleaning my phone and trying data recovery. This place is worth the drive (we stayed in Kihei) from elsewhere on the island! Great work, great service, and very useful!

Excellent quick service. Fixed my iPhone charge port swiftly and super reasonably. He also quoted a price to replace a camera, and fixed the problem for half the price instead. Thank you!!! Will always recommend your services.

Great customer service and lifetime warranty on screens! The staff was super helpful, I cracked my original apple phone screen and they replaced same day! My screen was defective but within a few days i noticed and they put a new one on again free of charge. Highly recommend, best price and customer care on the island for phone repair!

Aloha,Unfortunately, I first went to another cell phone repair shop in Kihei, and was not only overcharged for a screen replacement, but they also misdiagnosed my original problem. They told me, I would need to purchase a new iPhone, and we all know that would cost $800.00 to $1,200.00! With some pressure on my part, they did though refund my money.A friend recommended I have the Maui Cell Phone Repair shop perform a diagnostic test to get a second opinion.Very glad I did this, as the owner Yuri Wassel was extremely helpful, fast, and thorough. My problem was in fact not my screen as the other company stated, but a cable, which cost way less than the screen!I highly recommend that you seek out and work with Maui Cell Phone Repair for their honesty, workmanship and prices!Mahalo, Yuri for your excellent customer service!!!

I thought the iPhone xs was partially waterproof, So I stupidly snorkeled with it. Of course it was damaged from the salt water. My phone was still operational but the screen wouldn’t work. The repair guy looked over it tried a few things, and in the end replaced my screen. Overall the cost was still a cheaper than getting a new phone and I was on the same day just with in a few hours. I’m so happy to still have my phone after doing something so stupid with it. Thank you so much repair phone man!!! 😆

Very friendly and charged less than another store ( by birkenstock) quoted me.

Very good service, serious and eficient. And Messer Chups made my day too, so double score ;-)

QuickBest PriceProfessionalEfficientI’m very pleased. If anything changes I’ll amend this review.

Super friendly and didn't even charge me for cleaning out my charger port. Good hours too!

Did they fix my broken iPhone 7 screen? Yes. Does it work like it used to? No. It is hard to type and the sensitivity is different. Also, the colors on the screen are off... EDIT: I learned that the color is off because they are not Apple official products (That is OK with me) I also took my phone back and had the defective screen replaced. All sensitivity issues are now fixed. It was quick and easy. I appreciate them replacing the screen again. I recommend this place highly... great new location as well.

Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I called asking about an error popping up on my phone after I gave up on a frustrating 2 hour phone call with Samsung. He gave me options and had information that ultimately helped me fix the problem. Super straight forward and I will absolutely go there in the future with any phone issues. Thank you!

I had a great experience here, he was really helpful and the prices are fair, and the repair was done quickly.

Great experience all around. Yori and his team went out of their way to get my business phone up and running lightning fast. These guys really care about the customer and can fix just about anything. Don't bother trying to fix it yourself, leave it to the pro's here at Maui Cell Phone Repair.

If you have a cell phone repair issue this is the place to go here on Maui. My teenage son got his head phone jack stuck and it broke off in his cell phone. They repaired it in a timely manner and we were on our way. The staff was super helpful & friendly. I highly recommend them.
